Their leadership is grounded in a deep respect for the Montessori philosophy, a strong commitment to nurturing the whole child, and a clear vision for delivering the highest standards in early education.

Together, they lead a team of fully credentialed and highly experienced Montessori educators, all dedicated to creating a warm, respectful, and enriching environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

Our Educators

At Aria Montessori School, our teaching team is composed of highly qualified and deeply dedicated professionals with a strong foundation in early childhood education and the Montessori philosophy. Each educator holds either a Master’s Degree in Early Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and many have also completed certified Montessori training programs.

In addition to their academic and Montessori-specific credentials, our staff brings years of hands-on experience working with children between the ages of 2 and 6. This combination of expertise ensures that each classroom is guided by a teacher who understands how to foster independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

By thoughtfully blending traditional early childhood education with the Montessori approach, our educators create nurturing, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate environments where every child is empowered to thrive.
